4 Easy and Healthy Recipes for the Keto Diet

- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Slice the beef thinly
- Soak meat slices with ingredients for marination
- Mix all until evenly distributed
- Place broccoli in a safe microwave container
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of water then cover loosely with a wet paper towel
- Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes
- Cook until broccoli is still crispy and set aside
- Heat a pan and samin oil over medium heat
- Saute the garlic and ginger until fragrant
- Add a little salt
- Add the marinated meat
- Apply beef at the bottom of the saute pan
- Cook until the tip of the beef is slightly black and crispy

Ingredient:- 200 grams of spinach, lunch

- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1/4 cup of water
- salt to taste

- Wash the meat and then slice it thinly and squeeze it (use a ruble) so that the seasoning permeates
- Mix garlic, pepper, salt, nutmeg, soy sauce and 100 ml of water
- Mix all the ingredients evenly
