2. Consumption of more superfood food

Super foods are full of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that will provide long-lasting energy and make our metabolism work better. Many super foods like blueberries, berries and yogurt.   

 3. Choose an active hobby

There is nothing more fun than doing a hobby that we really like. Make sure it's in the form of physical activity, such as exercise but we don't realize that we are exercising. This is like tricking our body into exercising.
